Veltorin Refund & Return Policy

1. Our Promise to You
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you try Veltorin and feel it’s not right for you, we offer a clear and fair refund process.

2. 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You have 90 days from your purchase date to request a refund. That gives you a full three months to try the capsules and decide if they work for you.

3. Opened Bottles Are OK
You’re allowed to open and try the capsules. Bottles do not need to be sealed or unused to qualify for a refund.

4. Two Options for Resolution
If you’re not satisfied, you can choose:

  • A full refund (minus original shipping), or

  • An exchange or store credit of equal value

5. How to Request a Refund
To start a refund or exchange, email support@tryveltorin.com within 90 days of your purchase and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief note on what didn’t work for you

Our support team will reply within 1 business day and guide you through the next steps.

6. Shipping Costs and Fees

  • We cover shipping on exchanges

  • Original shipping is not refundable

  • No restocking fees or penalties for opened bottles (unless abuse is suspected)

7. Proof of Purchase or Feedback
We may ask for your order number and a quick photo or feedback, but you will not be required to return the capsules unless specifically requested by support@tryveltorin.com.

8. Help Us Improve
We appreciate honest feedback about your experience. It helps us continue improving Veltorin and our customer service.

9. Exceptions

  • Free samples or promotional bundles may have separate terms

  • Subscription orders must be canceled before the next billing cycle to avoid charges

  • Subscription refunds apply to unopened bottles unless otherwise stated

10. Refund Timeline
Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email from support@tryveltorin.com when it has been processed.
